Apple Citrus Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 4-5 whole cloves
  • 2 star anise (optional)
  • Water (about 4 cups, or enough to fill a medium pot)
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium pot, add the apple and orange slices.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise if using.
  3. Pour in water until all ingredients are submerged.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea into a mug and add honey if desired. Enjoy warm!
