Tropical Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (for added sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruits: In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, grapes, mango, apple, tangerines, and kiwi.
  2. Add Citrus Dressing: Squeeze the lemon or lime juice over the fruit. Add honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste. Gently toss everything to coat the fruit evenly.
  3. Serve: Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving for extra refreshment.

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and aroma.
  • A sprinkle of chia seeds or shredded coconut for added texture.
